You may have heard of the term "wellness" before but what does it actually mean? Wellness can be defined as "an active process of becoming aware of and making choices toward a healthy and fulfilling life." But what does that actually look like? There are 8 dimensions of wellness: physical, emotional, intellectual, social, spiritual, environmental, occupational, and financial. Keep reading to learn more about each one!
